Our Ethos

At Wee Care we believe that the first years of a child’s life are fundamentally important. These are the cornerstone years that shape a child’s future.

We believe that children grow, learn and develop rapidly when they receive love, warmth, attention, encouragement, mental stimulation and nutritious well-balanced meals, with this in mind we promote in all of our nurseries:

  • a happy, fun-loving and relaxed atmosphere
  • a warm, loving, safe and caring environment
  • the use of positive language and behaviour at all times
  • dedicated, professional, long-term and highly qualified staff
  • healthy eating
  • the creation of a home from home-like environment
  • flexibility in childcare options
  • equality, irrespective of gender, race, religion or disability

Our People

Rosheen Kemple (RTE branch)

Hi, my name is Rosheen, I have worked in RTE Childcare since November 2008. I started in the Toddler room and was later promoted to deputy- Coordinator. In January 2016 I was promoted to Coordinator.

Before working in RTE childcare I lived in Australia, I worked in various Early Childhood setting’s including the Benevolent Society Sydney.

At present I hold a FETAC level 5 and 6 in Early Years Education and a FETAC level 5 in Special Needs. I have just completed a course on Child Protection with TUSLA. I like to keep up to date with other various areas such as First Aid and Food Safety. I am the Designated Safeguarding officer in RTE Childcare.

I am mother to two girls aged 8 & 15. I understand how important it is to create a home from home environment in the nursery. It is important to me that all parents can drop their children with us daily and be confident that they are been cared for in a fun, loving, safe environment.
